Chief Project Management Officer

Barry joined Fraser Forbes with 14 years of homebuilding experience. He spent 4 years as a law clerk while obtaining a master’s degree in real estate development from his Alma Mater, University of Maryland. Barry then spent 9 years with Toll Brothers rising the ranks from Land Acquisition Analyst to Project Manager, and Community Planning Manager. He then picked up 4 years of field experience as a Project Manager in various locations around MD before lending his expertise opening communities and overseeing the construction of several model homes around the state of MD. At EVOLV Residential, Barry is the lead project manager and ensures all due diligence and operational items for each project are resolved.

Chief Acquisition & Development Officer

For nearly 25 years, Mike held senior level land acquisition and development positions for national builders including Toll Brothers, Sunrise Senior Living, Ryan Homes and NVHomes. Early in his career, Mike directed acquisitions and development at Sunrise Senior Living in New York. Later he held this position at Sunrise in Maryland and Virginia. For nearly 15 years, Mike directed growth for large, public home builders, acquiring nearly 3,500 residential lots including several high-profile properties. At EVOLV Residential, Mike plays a pivotal role in sourcing new development opportunities and connecting the stakeholders at every level of each project.

Assistant Director of Operations

Justin Roberts serves as the Assistant Director of Operations at Fraser Forbes Real Estate Services & Evolv Residential. He supports company leadership in managing project pipelines, internal systems, and operational strategy across the firms.

Justin began his career with Evolv Residential as an intern in June 2023 while completing his studies at the University of Maryland, where he earned a bachelor’s degree in Business Management in May 2025. Throughout his internship and transition to a full-time role, he has played an integral part in advancing the firm’s data organization, project management platforms, and company-wide reporting processes.

Financial Analyst

Graduating recently in May of 2025, Ryan has quickly emerged as an integral component of our team. Managing all financial process with Evolv projects, pipeline, and performance; Ryan is our go to for financial reporting. Beginning with Fraser Forbes in 2024 Ryan overseas the financial operations for the tri-companies: Fraser Forbes, S&W Investments, and Evolv Residential.

Ryan attained a BS in Urban & Regional Planning from the College of Architecture, Art, & Planning, as well as minors in Real Estate & Business from the Nolan School of Hotel Administration at Cornell University & SC Johnson College of Business.
