She focuses on long-term business planning and execution, explores new lines of businesses, and advises the team on mission-critical decisions, always looking for solutions to any challenge we face.

Chief Project Management Officer

Barry joined Fraser Forbes with 14 years of homebuilding experience. He spent 4 years as a law clerk while obtaining a master’s degree in real estate development from his Alma Mater, University of Maryland. Barry then spent 9 years with Toll Brothers rising the ranks from Land Acquisition Analyst to Project Manager, and Community Planning Manager. He then picked up 4 years of field experience as a Project Manager in various locations around MD before lending his expertise opening communities and overseeing the construction of several model homes around the state of MD. At EVOLV Residential, Barry is the lead project manager and ensures all due diligence and operational items for each project are resolved.

Financial Analyst

Graduating recently in May of 2025, Ryan has quickly emerged as an integral component of our team. Managing all financial process with Evolv projects, pipeline, and performance; Ryan is our go to for financial reporting. Beginning with Fraser Forbes in 2024 Ryan overseas the financial operations for the tri-companies: Fraser Forbes, S&W Investments, and Evolv Residential.

Ryan attained a BS in Urban & Regional Planning from the College of Architecture, Art, & Planning, as well as minors in Real Estate & Business from the Nolan School of Hotel Administration at Cornell University & SC Johnson College of Business.
